The Deepshakerz return to Moon Harbour with a potent EP that includes a brand new solo cut plus a collaboration with Juany Bravo and Kit Rice.

This is a seconding outing on the label this year for Domy Berardino and Mirco Sonatore aka house mainstays The Deepshakerz. Last time out they went deep with ‘Mama Say’ but are also known for everything from jacking tech to Afro grooves. They have come on plenty of the scene’s finest labels from Green Velvet’s Cajual to Kerri Chandler’s MadTech and regularly play clubs and festivals all across the world circuit.

First up here is ‘Coming Up’ with US-based Juany Bravo who brings a love of Latin-influenced grooves, tribal percussion, disco and hip-hop, and in-demand vocalist Kit Rice who has voiced plenty of superb tracks. This one is a steamy Afro House cut with loose, jumbled toms and hits and lush pads all topped with an angelic falsetto from Rice. It’s full of soul and brings rich emotion to the track. The Deepshakerz then go it alone for ‘Divas’, a bass-driven house sound with snappy hits. This time the vocals are clipped and filtered and swirl about the mix to layer in R&B heat and get hands in the air.

These classic new tracks perfectly balance club-ready low-ends, catchy vocals and fresh sound designs.
